I purchased this intriguing sculpture perhaps 15 years ago. My recollection is that the seller suggested a Latin American origin... But could add no additional details. I believe it was designed for use out of doors... In the garden... Perhaps as a fountain. (There is a small hole at the top of the head.) There is a signature shown in photo which I believe is "TOMY"? I don't have it with me as I write but believe it is about 12 in tall. It reminds me a bit of the work of Ernst Fuchs of Vienna Austria? His art style was described as Fantastic Realism. Welcome any and all comments. Thanks
