Hello everyone!!
One of the few cats I have in my collection is this wonderful cast iron doorstop depicting a Victorian era Lady Cat. She was made by John Wright Studios sometime between 1950 and 1970. I love everything about her, from her pearls to her gown. She's very elegant in every way and she is one of my favorites. She's experienced a bit of paint loss, so, I gave her a coat of transparent wax to help preserve her remaining paint. She stands 11 5/8" tall and 10 1/2" wide.
Thanks for stopping in for a look!!

Such a pretty Victorian kitty all dressed up in her finery, an adorable creative design that makes a very fancy doorstop
