      Hi AnythingObscure, I searched the link you provided on both lamps and didn't come across any of them.

      Oh, I'm sorry DSM, I only included that CW 'furniture' story link as an enjoyable (I hoped?) time-frame reference, not because it actually pictured your lamps. I'd still be pretty certain your lamps are from that 1970's "colonial" period no matter who made or sold them. Unfortunately lamps and light fixtures of the time were often unmarked, so it might be difficult indeed to narrow them further unless you'd happen to get lucky and spot one in a vintage Sears catalog or something...?
