This item is partially a mystery as it doesn't seem to have an official makers mark that I can see (besides the grey lead. Originally v-126 pencilled in, then I added Pates in darker next to it so I don't forget).
I have only seen one other (and it is posted on CW thankfully) with slightly different colouring and without the lustre, but with a pates stamp.
Yes, this is by Pates, & the one you saw on CW is mine. This is really nice, a great find!
