    Any information on any part of this is appreciated. I only know that its appropriate age to that I know of is 40 years that's how long it has been since givin to me .

      Welcome to CW. It would be helpful if you posted a picture of the whole scene. That being said, I think there are lots of similar type scenes and variations of this design.

      “Western Germany” dates it from 1949- 1990.

      These were/ are a popular souvenir from a trip to Germany. Popular gift from service members assigned to Germany.
