Another Welch Mantel Clock

I picked this up at the thrift store and the only thing I know about it is the name WELCH on the dial and that after a little dusting, it is running beautiful and keeping good time. I searched on the back of the movement for any identifying numbers or marks and if there was anything there, I must have missed it and I noticed the 2 welch clocks on this site. To make a long story short, I would really appreciate any info you all may have on this maker of the clock.
