The spider web design is usually Zuni however this appears to be a generically produced Native American piece probably meant for a shop. To test the turquoise, moisten a qtip in acetone (polish remover) and rub it...if it is dyed the qtip will take on the turq hue. Now to test for other treatment, you can take a hot pin and see if it has been glazed with a polymer of some type however it may damage the finish if it is...if it doesn't smoke or melt the surface, it's a real stone....it's a gamble. I don't think there is a test for heat treated stones but surprisingly enough, there's alot of heat treated turq out there and honestly, if you love the color then it doesn't matter. Hope this helps.
