    Hello. I have a beautiful footed box / casket heavy lidded contemporary box that is either glass or some kind of other material. Height 5.25” x width 7” x depth 4.5”.
    Edges are beveled. It is trimmed in bronze / brass.
    Is anyone familiar with this beautiful work of art?

      Welcome to CW. A quick search reveals a few versions of these..some claiming to be Murano. Not sure, but cool box

      I know these were very popular in the 50's. Maybe even earlier. And yes, definitely glass, especially with the beveled edges.
