Rooster Candy Dish

Found this Rooster Candy Dish at a yard sale yesterday. The rooster's head is made of vaseline/uranium glass and glows under black light. I did a little internet searching and found similar roosters in the cobalt blue color, but not made partially of uranium glass. It appears as though online sellers are identifiying similar regular glass roosters that come in blue, red and amber as either LE Smith or Westmoreland. There are no identifying marks on my rooster. Has anyone seen this type of combination uranium glass/regular glass before? I'm trying to figure out what company may have manufacture this and the time period. Thanks in advance for your assistance!
