Looks kind of creepy but I found it to be really cool! Does anyone know the name of this toy or when it would have been created?

Hi , I believe the head is replaced on your doll. The bodies were made of celluloid and head may have got broke or melted. Her head is a Japan Ponytail doll, I don't think they had another name but were sold in dime stores in 1950s. The bike is older than the head . It is a Suzuki Wind Up toy made in Japan.
Here is what it looked like before getting a donor head . https://www.etsy.com/listing/78794989/vintage-japan-suzuki-wind-up-toy?show_sold_out_detail=1&ref=nla_listing_details
