It appears to be some kind of paint over terracotta. Matte finish. I don’t think it is fired on glaze. Anybody seen anything like this? I am always drawn to oddity things I have never seen before. Half the fun is the “thrill of the find”….the other half is researching what exactly what I have found. Any guesses, or knowledge would be appreciated.
