Also found an interesting Antique Grooming/Travel Box. Any ideas of era or origin?
It is an amazing piece. Hand-made, knotty pine with dove-tailed joints and excellent hardware. As you can see in the photos it opens and stands with mirror and has a drawer for the essentials. When closed it just looks like a very neat box. Closed size is 12-inches long X 9-inches wide X 6 1/2-inches tall.

I’d say with Japanese or Korean.

It's a Gyeongdae, Korea. Here's some interesting history of them.
