This is metal designed , some sort of tool that was made to use for something, It almost looks and works like an instrument that they use to smoke marijuana. If you look at the middle of the object you can see that it looks almost like the shape of an frog , you've got the eyes on one end and the legs on the other and if you grab his legs, they move side to side or up and down like an light switch depending on which way you're holding it and as you move them back and forth, if you look at the one end that has the shape of tweezers and it is identical to an pair of tweezers we use today to pluck eyebrows and pull out splinters they will grab on to something when you go one way and let go when you go the opposite way, just like an pair of marijuana roach clips. If anyone could help out or confirm the identity and maybe, if possible, give any insight of any information they may possess about this instrument I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you!!
