Seems to be a few versions of this..not sure who artist is? Probably based off of boy with thorn(Greek statue)

Thank you! Now I know the name of the picture and that it was painted before 1926. However, mine is quite large and definitely not from a calendar. This was a great start! Thanks again:)

Apparently it was very popular in prints and postcards.
I have a print of this it is cropped but has dimples written in the bottom signature style in what looks like pencil and the words photo art aquatics and the copy wright image printed at the bottom and also the number 3610
