Possible photo?? Very old. In family for years. Looks like two signatures. Cannot make it out. William Y. Yowe??? Or K. Kowe?? Looks like the number 18 written before second signature?? Looks like 2 letters or 2 numbers after second signature. Is it a photo? Time period?? Artist?? Title?? Very old frame.
A work by American artist William Henry Howe 1846-1929 well known for his cow paintings. I think he painted this painting om 18 February (19)-09

I also wanted mp.kunst to know that I have posted two paintings in past that noone was able to respond to. I just reposted one again and it is called Landscaping Oil Painting 1849 or 1899?? on Unsolved mystery. If you can figure it out, it would be great. I am also going to repost another one for you:)
