I have had this buffet sideboard for years. It was my grandmother's from Ottawa in Vanier. I think it's tiger oak and have looked for years for one similar but never seen one like this. Anyone ever seen one like this. It's from the 1800s my family is German heritage.

I’m not the one who can answer your questions but I do know that furniture experts here need close-up views of the construction to be able to make determinations.
You are allowed 4 pictures so take advantage of that to show how the drawer front is attached to the drawer sides, show entire back of the item.
You can “edit” your post to add more pictures.
If you see that the pictures are showing up sideways, just alter you pictures’ dimensions slightly and they will post right-side-up.

Show any special labels or writing on the back or insides of the item.

It’s impossible to see the top and other details of the item with all the collectibles and products still on/in the piece of furniture so, if possible, re-photograph it “bare”.

I, personally, would love to know more about your lovely collectibles . To show the collectibles, you could make a separate post of them…..maybe a grouping showing close up of their tops, bottoms, sides.
Or, you could showcase each collectible with it’s own post. Tell any information you already know about the items…..any interesting tidbits?…did grandmother collect them in her travels?….why are they your favorites?….

I forgot to welcome you to CW! So, WELCOME!
I think you will find friendly supportive members here who love to see and offer comments and information on every sort of items.
I hope we see more of yours! :^)
