This 2 3-4"W butterfly brooch has pastel pink, blue & green round rhinestones that were often called 'fruit salad,' with two pink marquise body stones and red eyes, in an antiqued goldtone setting. By Weiss with copyright mark ca 1960s
Can't go wrong with butterflies and the colours here, make it a nice addition to their work with butterflies !~
Beautiful. Love all the colour. We don’t see much Weiss up here.
Thank you everyone for the kind love

Phil thank you for your terrific comment, I agree the soft colors in this butterfly are really pretty and the pastels are perfect for this time of year. I always love a nice butterfly brooch & this was an early Weiss design, their later butterflies were much bigger & longer
Thank you Daisy for your wonderful praise for my Weiss butterfly, the color combo is really great and kinda cool that they called it "fruit salad" back in the day :) Really like Weiss because their designs were pretty original and some are very regal - most in my collection incl this one were bought yrs ago, this very butterfly is HTF now and has about tripled in value, so I had good timing! Your Sherman butterflies of course are majestic, I love all the Sherman figurals so much
Your Flutterby is so gorgeous . Real eye candy ! Love
Mani thank you for your wonderful praise & love for my flutterby, I was hoping you would see it because I know how you love them! The colors in this one just say "summer" to me and I've been wearing it alot lately. Though no comparison to the real ones, a gorgeous orange-black Monarch butterfly landed on our car today which was a real treat :)
