      I’m a lover of old wood stoves; mine has been handed down and used by 4 generations so far.
      Yours looks nicely cared for; so many wind up rusted and with parts missing.
      I can’t answers any questions about the company but Google might produce old newspaper stories about the company or advertisements for the stove.
      It’s not really considered a “pot belly stove” since it does not have the” pot belly” shape. Try researching “parlor stove” (although most were rather fancy whereas this stove is rather plain).

      Surely other CW folks will be of more help than I am. :^)
