recognize Artist?

This is a ceramic cup and saucer that I have for a long time, bought in an Art Fair in Glendale many moons ago. I like the minimalist impression and the combination of colors and textures that increase the size of the little sculpture. I cannot decipher the name of the artist but recently I came across of a post in Ebay of exactly the same item, as a pair cups and interpreting the signature as Levy. I don't think that is correct and I would like to see if someone recognize the artist because I would like to see more of his or her work.
