This is a lovely work inspired by a painting by the artist Marion Cunningham (California 1908-1948) entitled Cable Car Turnaround. Many works with this image can be found on the net. They are often attributed to Marion Cunningham but I don't know if this is always the case.
More research needs to be done to be sure.
