Bought this online a few weeks ago. This pin was grouped with a bunch of other Perfection Cigarettes Pins. Circa 1908-1910
Colors is vibrant Blue, looks as good as the day it was taken out of the pack. It's a rather small pin measuring about 3/4 inch across.
Other pins at the time were (OH, YOU PIRATES, OH, YOU GIANTS ) Lucky I was able to pick it up rather inexpensively.
