Evening all,
Does anyone know anything about furniture from the 60s? - this piece is French, apparently - it seems to be made from a mix of particle board and wood veneer. It comes completely apart, and it's held together using an old Cam Lock system?...I am really uncertain if that's what its called, but apparently, this system was common back then - used to make heavy furniture easier to move about - and it does weigh an absolute tonne - I am going to convert it to a sewing Armoire/cabinet but wanted to know a bit about it before I made any changes to it. Thanks all.
