I found this the other day. On The back is typed 'OLD ENGLISH PEWTER CHILD FEEDER (PAP BOTTLE) USED IN THE OLD FOUNDLING HOSPITAL'. Above this in red type it says 'Pewter & Rhoads #320. Dept. 54.'
on the inner part of the spoon, there is some writing stamped into it which appears to start with a '9' followed by some other figures, but i can't make them out.
