This is an adjustable Bilings wrench. The only other ones I've seen all have Spencer along with billings. Is this rare older or what?

"In the mid 1920s(actually 1926-62), Billings simplified its face markings to include only the stylized "Billings" name, plus a B-Triangle logo below bracketed by "Made in U.S.A." (or "Made U.S.A.").
