This tool is 15” long and has a bend near the handle and a fork shape on the end. I got this from a glass shop that did windshields, windows, screens, etc. I’m not sure if this is related to that business.

Reminds me of a weed tool, the kind that's been around forever. Like this..

      https://www.amazon.com/Flexrake-LRB29D-Weeder-Chrome-Plated/dp/B002S8DUW2/ref=asc_df_B002S8DUW2/?tag=hyprod-20&linkCode=df0&hvadid=193142362025&hvpos=&hvnetw=g&hvrand=8892853876474157395&hvpone=&hvptwo=&hvqmt=&hvdev=m&hvdvcmdl=&hvlocint=&hvlocphy=9033461&hvtargid=pla-313111590856&psc=1

I guess it could be used to scrape seal material?

Thanks for the answer, it does look like the weed stick on Amazon.

I agree ( who cares ) with the "weed stick" description that has been called a dandelion fork for digging the tap root out

      Thanks Motoolz for the description.

My first impression is also a weed/dandelion digger. But the angle of its pointy end is sorta a little more shallow (vs. its width) than most of those tools, plus the angled shaft isn't necessarily common for them either (AFAIK) which could point us all back to the "automotive windshield" tool...??

I don't see what use this would be in replacing a windshield? Like I said, it could be a scraper..or possibly a trim removal tool. Or just a modified weed tool for a specialty purpose?
