Help identifying paper mache doll?

I bought this doll off of Etsy, the seller had an orange version but unfortunately removed it from their listing, it is paper mache and had a tag stating it was made in Taiwan, no other identifying features. It's facial features are asymmetrical. To clarify any future confusion I painted the eyes white because I really doubt it's an antique or extremely valuable and I bought it to keep for myself.
