Signatures on glass sometimes hard to decipher , see , identify ...this is one of those . I believe it reads S ONEIL on the base dated 2002 , it was very hard to capture with photo . Vase is 15" height , six sided abstract shape ; a blue & beige cased clear and is 1/4" thick and heavy . Looking at some other ONEIL pieces from post on line signature looks right but I've not held another STAN ONEIL(WA , USA) piece to compare with my own eyes .
