Wolsey company is an art supply company. They were like a Michael's store. Many of the art sold in the store was made in Mexico or painted in house. But they also sold canvasses to artists.
Here's an article from a newspaper, talking about the company. Page B3 "Art Supply Company moves to County" 1992, says they are the 2nd largest artist canvas manufacturer in the world.
