    This marionette has no strings attached. I would love any information about her. She is carved out of wood. She is hand painted. Where is she from? It looks like she's a flapper doll with a beaded skirt and pearl bead detail on the top of her dress. Thanks for any information you can provide.

      Apart from wood they usually were made with a composite plaster or gesso coating or cover to get more detail on them.
