Chinese Doll Family

I bought these little Chinese dolls used online. They are dollhouse sized - the tallest is about 6 inches. They look like a family with a mom, dad and five children. They say China on their feet. One has a printed paper tag that says Made in China and a number. They have wire stands attached to their feet. They look like they're painted ceramic but they were described as composition by the seller. I can't tell how old they are. I'm curious if anyone knows anything about them.
