Sonya's Old Lamp

I went to a yard sale. This lamp was given to me. My husband asked me how much did I pay for it. I told him nothing. FREE is always good. Has anyone ever seen a lamp like this? If so please let me know anything you can about this old lamp. The lamp is bolted on the table. It weighs about 30 lbs. total weight of table and lamp together. The table has a door that opens to a small storage area. I thought the finial was kind of unusual. I think the metal is aluminum and brass ( I was hoping it was pewter). The tassells look kind of old hanging off a strip of metal connected to the top of the lamp. I have never seen a lamp like this . the lamp and table height is about 5 ft. tall. please let me know if you know anything about this strange looking lamp. Thank You.
