When I google 70's lamps there are a lot of these. Seen quite a few at that time in stores.

The first one resembles lamps that I found in buildings I lived in. They were all bascially from about 1927. The painting is very nice.
Too many decorative parts above the base, which makes it look to be made up of various lamp parts.
From the later 40's to 50's and not positive but made by Metalcraft Manufacturing Company. Used to own some of them.
Nice lamp but needs some deco or better shades to match or bring it up to par.
