Hi - this is my first post here. I'm trying to pinpoint the decade this was made. The signature looks engraved by hand "Sabino France". I received them early 80's from a collector shop. I also see a mark from the mold in block letters "Sabino Paris" Since there are two marks/signature - could someone have enhanced this item?

I am no French glass expert but my old info said that the hand engraved marks Sabino France or Sabino Paris dated to pre-war, so circa 1930s. Something to start with but not gospel.
