I think it might be Suzdal - an historic town dating back to 1024 in the Vladimir region, about 30 km north of Vladimir. It looks like the Church of Saint Antipas of Pergamum (1745). Vladimir Oblast was one of the medieval capitals of Russia, located on the Klyazma River, 200 kilometers (120 mi) east of Moscow.
