A curb rescue, just because it looks like it could be something potentially useful. (or $5 of scrap iron, or whatever...) No stamps/labels/whatever left on it that I've found yet. Pic 4 shows a detail (cut off electrical wire) that might suggest it once held a portable generator.
It is otherwise a well made rather heavy duty 2 wheeled cart with pneumatic tires, one side of its 'arms' at a not exactly upright position, both its 'arms' maybe also cut off from whatever they first were.
Anybody got a clue or a guess to share?? :-)
It reminds me of the cart from a pressure washer, maybe? It has useful possibilities!
