He's great! A lovely hue of autumnal orange, pinks and peaches- very flame like. But it took me ages to see the squirrel in the thumbnail, my first thought was- Awesome, Jenni's uploaded a conch shell this week! XD
He's done very artistic and impressionistic isn't he?

Thank you Lauren for your marvelous praise and great ideation of seeing a shell, my husband is in synch with you he saw teeth in the thumbnail lol! Well it's a very unusual little squirrel I think, so simply & deftly shaped & with that lovely golden back tail. Yes the colors are very flame like, and it's quite an impressionistic take on a squirrel for sure

Sean thanks so much for your super compliment & finding this squirrel cute, I think so too, and have these critters on the mind since it's Fall here in NY and they are running amok burying their winter nuts & acorns. Today I actually saw a hungry little fellow go and dig up one he had recently planted, he couldn't wait for Spring :)

Thank you Karen for your fabulous praise for this squirrel & the little Swedish company that made him, I have a few of their animals but as you can imagine, with only five years of production they are few & far between. He is a fun little scamper and it's great how they got the amber accents on the face, paws & tail, a tribute to handblown glassmaker talent
