I bought this pendant at an antique fair in France. It comes I think from Montserrat in Spain. On one side N a S a De Montserrat on the reverse Crux S.P Benedicti. It doesn't come apart and is in intricate wirework frame. I am trying to work out if it is a reliquary. The pictures seem to be paper laid inside. I would guess it's maybe late 1800's s or very early 1900's. Any ideas very welcome.
