    Another Murex shell similar to the one I posted last week, this one being a Endive Murex. It is carnivorous snail found in the southwestern Pacific Philippines to Indonesia. This example is five inches long which seems to be about as big as they get.
    Included is a photo of Morro Rock. Whenever one takes a photo in Morro Bay one must get the rock in the photo.
