These business card holders are 3 3/4" long x 2" wide x 1/4" tall, and made of solid brass and wood. The one in the first image is Cocobolo Rosewood and in the second image Kingwood. They are both stamped on back "Davin & Kesler, USA, Solid Brass & Wood". These are handmade in the USA by a couple who have been at it for 40 years. Amazing quality work:

They no longer make these business card holders in brass, only in steel, but also make a wide array of other hand crafted items. You just do not see craftsmanship like this in many U.S. companies today. No idea how old mine are, but post 1982, for sure.
The Cocobolo Rosewood case has a slight dent that I will tap out someday. I carry that one. The Kingwood adorned case is like new and I currently keep it in the box with my personal cards. Just about every company I worked for over about 40 years gave me a pile of business cards to carry, which was expected in the industries I worked in, and I liked the idea, so long before I retired I started also carrying a nice, raised letter personal card with only my name, email and personal web site on it and still do so today. It is an easy way to give folks the information I want them to have about me and an easy way to pass on my contact info.
These carrying cases class are pure class, a pleasure to carry, and of a quality that is head and shoulders above the cases commonly seen.
