Still yet another shell, only 1 or 2 to go after this. This one is a small shell, a bit less than 2" tall. It is a nice colorful shell of course.
These are popular in salt water aquariums as they are cleaners. They won't hurt coral or other fish. They live 2 to 3 years which seems different for a snail.
As can be seen from the last photo they are from the Southeast Asia area aka Vietnam. That last shot is from The Shell Shop in Morro Bay. Please note I am not affiliated with them but it is a cool place to visit. You pick things up and look at them and even take them home. A bit like antique stores.
