Vintage plastic skull. I bought this years ago and came across it today going through several boxes. Hand painted. When I bought it the guy told me is was from a carnival. That was his story!!! I thought it was cool so I bought it. Now it will be something for my grandkids to enjoy. Any thoughts on age or the carnival story?
