the seal marks have totally faded in this little ink painting/drawing on rice paper. definitely done by someone w/ a good understanding of cats. I think it's pretty old, but not sure. i'm not even absolutely sure it's japanese. what do you think?

hi dav. yes it is kind of like sumi-e, but i think it might be Chinese rather than Japanese.
this is tiny and my walls are all packed with images/paintings, etc. but almost everyone comments on this little piece. i wish i knew more about it. i spent a whole $3 on it at a second-hand shop.
