Glass globe swag lamp from the 50s-60s? So gorgeous lit up! Given to me by a friend who bought a mid-century ranch home in original condition and is updating it. All the detail is glass (raised) and has several shades of blue-green. Just love it!

Some of those shapes would be very difficult to cut in glass and to form the pieces to lay perfectly on a curved surface such as your lamp.
If you remove an end cap, you can probably see inside well enough to tell if the lead extends to the inside (as it should if the design is actually pieces of cut glass).
It could be that the design is only applied to the outer surface.
But, even if it is, it certainly an eye-catcher of a light fixture.
