This ruffled toothpick is about 3.25" high x 3" in diameter. The true exterior color is custard, but it is washed out in my images as is the deep salmon pink of the interior. There is a lot of debris in the glass, especially on the top and bottom of the foot, shown as black spots. There is one spot on the ruffled rim. There is a ground, concave pontil.

Until I saw that pontil, I thought that this was by Fenton Art Glass, but I have never seen a ground pontil on a Fenton piece and doubt that it would have made it past Fenton's scrap bin with all of the debris on the surface of the glass. I have no idea who made this, but it feels "old" to me, though there is no wear at all to the piece. Guessing "toothpick" due to the diminutive size. $1 GW find today.

Does anyone know who made this?

Definitely not Fenton, but definitely Victorian era. Impossible to pin down an exact maker but I think Bohemian origin, though similar things were made in England. A very nice item & a super buy at $1!

Thanks for the information! It is a cool little piece but I almost passed on it due to the debris in the glass. For $1, though, I decided to take it home. Glad I did!
