This is 4.5" high x 3.5" widest diameter. Illegibly marked in the glaze on one side. Google images suggests it is a guy wire insulator. Very attractive, I think, glazed piece of gear and will make a nice paperweight as it is fairly heavy piece of porcelain.
A $.99 thrift shop find today. I am sure that someone on CW will know what this is and who made it.

Growing up with a Ham radio dad, we had a 100 ft and 75 ft tower in the back yard..ad well as a Delta loop about 100 ft up in the tree. When I hear "guy wire" I have a different image.
Your insulator would be on a power pole type guy wire
