    What a stunner! This is an apple green frosted mayonnaise condiment bowl + under plate by Westmoreland. However, this lotus dish is technically incomplete, as it included a glass spoon originally. It contains uranium, which gives it that gorgeous glow under a blacklight.

      it is my understanding that all Lotus pieces were part of the #1921 line. Here's an old 1930's ad showing the set:
