Found this charming little dish at a local thrift shop... Measures about 7" maximum measurement. In case it's not evident in the photo, it depicts an abstract, musician, French horn player. A great mid-century look. Faintly visible on the back is an impressed mark... Indecipherable. Thought someone might recognize the studio. All comments welcome. Thanks!

      David Gil for Bennington Pottery?

Alternate guesses: Harris Strong (mostly tile, but some pottery too) or Glidden

Many thanks, art.pottery. just now seeing your comments... The markings on the back of mine are illegible so your ability to identify is greatly appreciated.
