    This piece has no signature but has two round demarcations with 7 dots in each to the side of a “handle” that came with leather rope tied to it. It has a unique twisted design and is offset from the top of the piece. The other end of pot is an opening with a delicate mouthpiece that flares. Ridges run the circumference of the entire pot and color changes from deep chocolate brown to lighter brown stripe at the center then to a cream with rust colored specks. No idea what, when, where, who and would love some insight

      I can’t tell from the pictures how the opening would be positioned if u hung it by the handle or by the cord but it makes me think of bird houses I’ve seen.

      TallCakes, I love unusual pottery so when I looked at your link, I was impressed by the beautiful swirly, curly handle on that one.
      I think you’ve nailed it as a hummingbird feeder minus it’s stopper and tubing.
