Searching thank you for your marvelous compliments and that is a wonderful comparison to peppermint candies, I thought this set was Christmasy-looking so there you go! I actually love those candies and keep a container of the soft puff peppermints close by as they're a favorite sweet treat
Thank you Phil for your terrific praise for this design, it is a lovely set to wear at Christmas both for its red color and wreath design. You can always count on B David for beauty & good quality, not to forget the secure prongs to keep them safe
Scott thank you for your fabulous compliment and yes I think this set is very appropriate for Christmas, as Searching said looks like candy & that's always a bonus for me :)
Thanks so much Karen for your wonderful comment and yes, a Christmas jewels set! Reminds me of the Balanchine ballet 'Jewels' which I saw in NYC as a teen, three acts about rubies, emeralds & diamonds where all the dancers were dressed in color appropriate velvet outfits adorned with rhinestones, perhaps where I began to get interested in them
Many thanks jb for the kind love for this red B David set, very glad you liked it and always appreciate your thoughtfulness
