    Bought this today at the thrift store. It was in a fairly elaborate frame and it caught my eye. I figured when I got home I'd be able to see the signature better with my magnifying glass. I've been looking at it all night and I'm still stumped. Size: 18" x 24". I can't tell if it is a litho, print or an original without removing it from the frame. Any help as to who the artist is would be helpful! Thank you.

      I feel it should be a law that artists print their names on the back of their pieces! I did a quick image search with no results. Maybe you can edit your post and add images that include the frame. That may help with searches. It's a very distinct signature, but not quite sure who?

      Figured it out...partially - the name is "Davison" then the year "61" is after his last name. I believe the artist is "Robert Davison." If anyone has more info on this artist, and can confirm this was his work it would be great! Thanks!
